Terms and Conditions of sale
The present conditions for online sale apply to all interrelation between, on one hand, the company Vapor Station, here after called ‘VS’ or ‘Vapor Station‘, and, on the other hand, any person who places an order from Vapor Station is hereby called the ‘Client.’ Anyone visiting the website to browse or by accident of access for any reason is hereby called ‘Visitor.’
The website of Vapor Station is designed for e-commerce. In order to visit the website one must be at least 18 years of age. By checking the age verification prompt upon account registration, the visitor is hereby named Visitor and must register as a Client to order. A Visitor, who creates an account and becomes a Client, declares having read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and declares to have the complete judicial capacity and be of the legal age of 21 before placing an order.
Unless specified otherwise in writing, all transactions between Vapor Station and its Client are determined by the sales conditions described here and are accepted by the Client (even if these conditions differ from the purchase conditions of the Client). The fact that the Client did not receive the present general conditions in his/her native tongue does not exempt him/her from the applicability of them.
Products on this website are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and make NO claims of doing so. All information and statements made are for educational purposes and are not intended to replace the advice of your health care professional. By purchasing these products, you agree to use products at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Vapor Station be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused in connection with use of, or reliance on any product on this site.
We only sell our products to legal adults of the age 18 or older. People with heart conditions, blood pressure problems and/or who are or may be pregnant should not use these devices. Customers shall consult with their physician prior to using a personal vaporizer. We make no claims as to the success this product may have for use as a smoking cessation device.

Orders:
Your order is subject to acceptance by us and may be refused for any reason, including credit concerns, unusual volumes, or shipping addresses. We reserve the right not to deliver to a specified address if, in our absolute discretion, we deem that the address may not be secure, such as a PO Box No., or if we have any other legitimate concerns. The indicated shipping time is for information only and is not guaranteed. Vapor Station will not, for any reason, be held responsible or liable for delivery issues or delivery failures. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. Vapor Station will remain owner of the goods sold until the day of the full payment of the order, of interests and/or damages, if any apply.
Payment terms:
The Client is responsible for the payment of all tariffs, duties or local taxes if applicable in the recipients country. In any case, the responsibility of Vapor Station is limited to the amount of the price of the order.
Under the distance selling provisions, the consumer has a period of 7 working days following the receipt of the goods, in which to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any reason. All returns must arrive to our designated warehouse in original condition with unopened original packaging. Vapor Station does not pay for return shipping or grant refunds for items that arrive to our warehouse in damaged condition.
Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any and all circumstances.
EXCEPTIONS: For hygienic reasons we DO NOT offer exchange or refund on cartridges or liquids.
Return Method:
Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have any additional information or comments that you would like to provide.To return your order, simply send us an e-mail for the most convenient shipping method to by opening a Contact Ticket
WARRANTY: Standalone atomizers, batteries and switches come with a 3 month VS warranty. Starter sets come with a 6 month VS warranty. In order to claim warranty goods, defective goods must be returned to our store (information given upon warranty claim). In order to claim warranty goods, a paid order must be placed in which warrantied goods will be contained at no additional cost.. Beyond that date any warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer. No guarantees are made for warranty beyond the warranties offered by VS. Any questions, complaints, problems or suggestions must be sent by opening a Contact Ticket.
Personal data:
The Client agrees that Vapor Station processes his/her personal data for purposes such as the administration of the Client data base, processing the orders, deliveries and/or invoices, credit checks, marketing and/or advertising. However, Vapor Station protects and enforces the confidentiality of this information very strictly, and will under no circumstances sell or rent it to other businesses or third parties. According to the law of 8/12/1992 concerning the protection of the personal life against the treatment of personal information, the client has the right to access and rectify the data held by Vapor Station. The client may oppose at any time and at no cost, the further processing of his personal data for direct marketing.
In the event any section or portion of a section of these terms and conditions of sale are deemed invalid, illegal and/or unenforceable, that section and/or portion of a section shall be stricken from the terms of sale, and/or remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
All parties agree to accept electronic evidence as binding evidence in case of disputes. An electronic message will have the same effect as a written and signed document.
It is defined that the Client is allowed to save or print the present general conditions, on condition that they will not be changed. Vapor Station reserves the right to change or modify its general conditions without notifying the client personally, and without the option for the latter to claim any compensation.
For all disputes regarding the interpretation, validity or execution of the contract, the parties will try to resolve the dispute through negotiation.
This website and intellectual property rights in its design, text, graphics, and selection and arrangement thereof, together with the logos and trade names depicted in this website belong to Vapor Station. Do not use them without our expressed permission.
