Shipping

    Currently, we are only accepting payments via direct Credit Card or mailed-in Checks/Money Orders! Please bear with us, we will upgrade as soon as we possible.

            All pick-ups are subject to a £2.00 convenience fee, and all deliveries are subject to an £3.00 handling fee + petro costs. We will deliver up to 60 kilometers from our location in Coleford. Additional costs may apply based on distance. All pick-up and delivery customers must be willing to provide proof of age. A valid driver's license must be presented before any transaction is made. For any questions please contact us by opening a Contact Ticket.

            All orders to be paid via Check or Money Order will not be dispatched until payment has been received and the check or money order has been processed. Please contact us by opening a Contact Ticket for more information on this payment method.




    Our shipping rates and standards are as follows:


    For domestic orders:

    Shipping and handling rates:
    Liquid-only orders:
    All orders comprised entirely of e-liquid will bear a flat-rate shipping fee of £2.00. (Priority Mail + Tracking - 2 day
    (maximum of 5 individual bottles of e-liquid per order)

    Accessories-only orders:
    All orders comprised entirely of essential accessories will bear a flat-rate shipping fee of £2.00. (Priority Mail + Tracking - 2 day)

    Starter Kit-only orders:
    1 starter kit (with optional e-liquid) = £2.00
    2 starter kit (with optional e-liquid) = £2.00
    (maximum of 2 starter kits per order)
    Starter Kit + Liquid (+ Accessories) orders:
    Universal shipping rate of £2.50
    (maximum of 2 starter kits per order)
            - All domestic orders are shipped via either Parcelforce or Royal Mail.
            - All orders are processed within 30 hours of order placement (busines days).
            - If in any event the order can not be processed, Client will be contacted within 30 hours with explanation.
            - All orders will arrive within 1-5 business days as guaranteed by our expeditors.
            - If by any chance your order does not arrive at its scheduled time, and is at the fault of our expeditors, all
            complaints should be directed at the responsible expediting agency, click here.
            - If by any chance your order does not arrive at its scheduled time, and is in fact the fault of Vapor Station,
            please contact us by opening a Contact Ticket, and we will work something out.
            - If by any chance your order does not arrive at its scheduled time, and is at neither the fault of our expeditors or
            Vapor Station, all complaints should be directed to the party at fault.
            - Anyone living in the Coleford, Gloucestershire area is permitted, at our discretion, to PICK-UP their order(s), at a
            location of our choosing, if so requested and agreed upon by Client and Vapor Station.

    For International orders:

    Shipping and handling rates:

    Shipping and handling rate is negotiable (typically £9.00), end-result is based entirely on Parcelforce or Royal Mail scale, insurance, and customs brokerage fees.
            - All international orders are shipped via Parcelforce or Royal Mail international.
            - All orders are processed within 48 hours of order placement (business days).
            - If in any event the order can not be processed, Client will be contacted within 30 hours with explanation.
            - All orders will arrive within 6-14 business days as guaranteed by our expeditors.
            - If by any chance your order does not arrive at its scheduled time, and is at the fault of our expeditors,
            all complaints should be directed at the responsible expediting agency.
            - If by any chance your order does not arrive at its scheduled time, and is in fact the fault of Vapor Station,
            please contact us by opening a Contact Ticket, and we will work something out.
            - If by any chance your order does not arrive at its scheduled time, and is at neither the fault of our expeditor or
            Vapor Station, all complaints should be directed at the party at fault.
            - Anyone visiting the Coleford, Gloucestershire area is permitted, at our discretion, to PICK-UP their order(s), at a
            location of our choosing, if so requested and agreed upon by Client and Vapor Station.

    Returns and Warranties:


            Vapor Station offers a 30 day money back guarantee on DOA items and goods whose packages are untampered, unopened and in tact only.


            All Vapor Station starter kits are covered by a 6-month warranty. All Vapor Station accessories are covered by a 3-month warranty. Please keep all defective items as we will ask you to return them to our Coleford, Gloucestershire location. All warranties are enacted the day the customer receives their order. In order to receive warranty-claimed items, first, contact us by opening a Contact Ticket - we will then ask that you place an order (no matter the size) on the website for your warranty-claimed items to be included in. This is to cover shipping costs. Please contact us if there are any issues and we will work around your needs to make certain you are satisfied with the services we provide.

            For sanitary purposes, Vapor Station does NOT allow refunds or warranty claims for Cartridges or liquid products.

            No reason/explanation for return is necessary, but ALL shipping fees are at the expense of the customer unless otherwise stated by Vapor Station management. All merchandise must arrive at our warehouse in original, unopened, un-tampered packaging or a refund will not be granted. A copy of your original invoice must also be included in your returned order. Any note left within the returned shipment containing comments, suggestions or any other information will be considered and reconsidered.

            We are honest and ethical. Please, never expect anything less from Vapor Station.
